Charming country house well renewed (kitchen 2011, bathroom 2013), on a big 31909 foot ground squared lined with mature trees. Situated just a step from the village of Ste-Julienne and all the services (primary and secondary schools unless 1 km), near ATV trails and Montcalm ski station and in 5 minutes of the highway 25. Artesian well was dug in 2012, septic installation (écoflo ) redone in May 2013, roof 2007, electric panel redoes in 2010. A visit will convince you!
