Large rooms, 2 bedrooms, bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. Heated floors in the bathroom. Large closets in both rooms. Abundant storage. Central Vacuum, air exchange system, and heat pump. Excellent soundproofing. 2 Balconies.

1 outdoor parking spot. With a lot of visitor parking as well.

One of the only complexes that is very well managed and well maintained. Roof recently changed in 2024.
