Wonderful property in Blainville in a quiet family area. With winter tempo for 2 cars. Paving block backyard with wonderful garden and in-ground pool! The bathrooms were fully renovated in 2024.

The semi-renovated kitchen is beautifully done. It is near many amenities, including a train station, bike path, schools for all families, and beautiful parks.

Close to a golf course, snowmobile paths, etc. 5 min from various highways for easy travel. And many groceriy stores.
