'' '' The Blainvillier , rural area , large wooded lot , quiet guaranteed along the renowned golf club of the same name .
Near golf course for the enthusiasts, a primary and secondary school, bike path on the same street, dog park, place for roller blading and ice skating and a soccer field. Direct access to the golf course with a cart and winter access to snowmobile trails / or VTT. Via Highway 15 near exit 28.
No backyard neighbors , possibility to buy all the buffer zone between the backyard and the golf course + 40,000 sq.ft. or less .
IMPROVEMENTS MADE IN 2013 :
Full country style Kitchen.
The veranda-solarium is now four seasons .
