Location - Location - Location ! Great looking multi-level house located in the Érablière district of Boisbriand. 3+2 bedrooms. Very private backyard with a wooded park as a neihbour. Large two level deck to enjoy the tranquility. Primary school, Dereck Aucoin park, library and skating arenas are less than 300 meters distance. The Faubourg Boisbriand mall and access to autoroutes 15, 13 and 640 are one km away. The property was well taking care of and is in great general condition. Several improvements have been made over the tears among them a spacious bathroom connected to the master bedroom.
