My property was bought in 2020 and built in 2021. It is a beautiful house with all the necessary equipment to be converted into a bungalow. Located in a peaceful and family-friendly area in Brownsburg. The property features an open, airy, and bright living space, 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry area in one of the bathrooms, 1 indoor parking space (integrated and heated garage), and several outdoor parking spaces. Perfect for families, with several neighbors who have young children. The school is nearby and it is located just 2 minutes from Highway 50. Several extras have been added: for example, glossy white polyethylene kitchen cabinets that go up to the ceiling, light fixtures, a central vacuum system, and a Wally Flex system (one in each bathroom and one at the entrance). We also added a heat pump, plumbing rough-in for a sink, fridge, and washer/dryer in the basement, a central vacuum, and sheer blinds.
