Lakefront. 2 cottages on the same lot with 123 feet on the lake. Small 4-season cottage (street level) on Green Lake (navigable) and 2nd 3-season small cottage (20 ft x 14 ft) with balcony over the water (you would think you are on a boat). The lot, in a slope towards the lake, is just over 9,060 sq. ft. A staircase in treated wood links the main cottage to the deck and 2nd cottage.
Warm, rustic and charming, the main cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room with cathedral ceiling and wood fireplace. The dining room and kitchen complete this open area. The walls are in wood paneling in the living room and 1 of the 2 bedrooms. From the living room, you can access the veranda facing South with windows on 3 sides. The sun is present all day, in the morning through the kitchen window and in the evening through the living room window. For storage, there is a large linen closet in the bathroom and a closet in the entrance area.
A huge deck a few feet above the water leads to the floating bridge and dock. An aluminum row boat and a skiff (17 feet Alden Horizon) are included in the sale. There are also 2 wooden sheds to store nautical accessories and garden furniture.
