FOR SALE ALL TOGETHER (186 ACRES IN TOTAL)
LOTS 1-2-3-4 Huge co-ownership (currently in condos, recommended to return to undivided building) 4 housing units (rental possible). Basement, ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. There is an extension garage workshop on the ground floor of 28 by 24. The building's land is 24 acres (included in the total 186 acres) and includes an artificial lake (approx 260 f. by 60 f.) which delights us with its frog songs in springtime, and a 110-tap maple grove equipped with boilers and functional. Includes two landscaped gardens and two small cabins for guests or other purposes. And since we own the whole mountain, it's really great to hike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski right to the door to enjoy 186 acres of terrain!
LOT 5 Land of 2 acres bordering Chemin du Lac à la Loutre, could be resold separately, has its lot number and its certificate of location. There are two 2-story workshops and a huge garage.
LOT 6 A magnificent mountain land of 160 acres, with a very high summit (would be one of the 10 highest peaks in the region) and panoramic view (divisible land).

The less good sides: All the buildings have been built for 30 years using self-construction with a large proportion of recycled materials. Which is good for the environment but less sustainable over time... There will be a lot of maintenance/distribution. There were water leaks, the drinking water system also needs to be overhauled.
