Very nice property maintained since its construction in 2004, without neighbors at the front and  back with  a  large, wooded lot, as well as a large insulated and heated garage with access to  a  mezzanine  above by a staircase.

Very peaceful and safe place for the whole family.

A notarized access to  Lake Gauvin in front of the house  including a right of access and the right to have motorboats and a dock.
