Cozy cottage located on a cul-de-sac, less than a 3-minute walk from Le Tournesol Elementary School.
Also within walking distance are several parks, soccer and baseball fields, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, a skate park and water games, lovely trails, and a beautiful forest.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, one of which adjoins the master bedroom.
The basement is fully finished and very cozy.
In the living room, a superb fireplace will warm up your winter evenings.
The backyard is surrounded by mature trees, offering a very private environment where you can enjoy the pool in complete privacy.
Finally, you can keep your car warm in the garage during the winter months, a luxury much appreciated on cold, snowy days.
The street is very quiet, with many young families moving in over the past few years. It really is an ideal place to live and grow.
