Very pretty row house, well maintained over the years and renovated up to date located in the magnificent city of Lorraine.
Close to the elementary school, Lorraine Park and a few steps from a wooded area, this house offers 4 bedrooms (1 in the basement), an open area on the first floor with a wood fireplace and a renovated kitchen.
The backyard is fully landscaped and includes a semi-inground pool with water heater, a wooden patio, a metal gazebo with mosquito nets and privacy screens, a shed and a landscape design composed of perennials, both at the back and at the front of the property.
A removable Enfant Secure fence was installed between the pool and the gazebo. We are taking it off for the winter
