Very bright condo located in the highly sought-after X15 Project, featuring a modern design.
This 1269 sq ft condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, an elevator, an indoor garage, and 2 electric vehicle charging stations. It also features a dual-energy central heating and cooling system (heat pump) and hardwood and ceramic tile flooring.
The condo offers a inviting open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a Napoleon natural gas fireplace with a high-end ceramic finish and wiring for wall-mounted television installation.
The modern kitchen, with its island and quartz countertops (measuring 9'9" x 3'), is equipped with ample cabinetry.
Master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom featuring two sinks, ample storage, a large glass shower, and a separate bathtub.
There is also a powder room and laundry room. If desired, a shower can be added to the powder room, as the plumbing and infrastructure are already in place. We opted for more storage space instead of a shower.
