Beautiful bungalow located in domaine vert sud near exit 23 of the highway 15 (less than 2 km away). 3 bedrooms on the same floor close to all services (shopping center, pharmacy, school, movie theather) and domaine vert park (bike path, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking).
Cathedral ceiling living room, garage communicating in the basement, renovated kitchen in 2009. Renovation done in the basement in 2010: laundry room, bathroom, living room (performed by a contractor). Large shed and above ground pool.
