*LAKE HOWARD* Superb house and/or cottage on a lake waterfront. Uncrowded since several bodies of water are nearby, including the Basketong reservoir. Allowing motor boats.
Ideal for canoes, kayaks and fishing boats. The house is located in a small bay of the lake which makes the location fantastic for swimming. Pits up to 25 meters deep are found in the lake. The lake is largely surrounded by crown land so the view is all lake, mountain and nature. Several other activities are easily accessible nearby. Hunting, snowmobiling and 4-wheelers in 4 seasons.
Property located 15 min. from the city of Mont-Laurier, an advantage to be considered because everything is nearby. Single storey, solid construction, well maintained over time. Recent renovation of the kitchen and the bathroom. It has 2 bedrooms so 1 upstairs and 1 bathroom.
