Renovated in 2006, Connectair electric heating in each room except the basement (baseboards). Magnificent wood stove on the ground floor and a wood fireplace in the basement. The heat pump is barely 2 years old. The septic tank was redone, in May 2018, and asphalt shingle roofs redone in 2019. The electrical panel was changed in 2022.
Very large shed of 20 feet by 16 feet. Lots of storage, 2 large walk-in closets in the basement. Room with fridge, freezer, counter, and storage cabinets in the basement, two bedrooms with the possibility of a third in the basement.
