House on the water's edge, with garage. Land of 1,792 square meters, 19,288 square feet on the edge of Lac Gravel, a navigable lake. Beautiful hunting and fishing region, less than 3 kilometers from the snowmobile trail, as well as the ATV trail. Possibility of short-term rental
Nine rooms, open kitchen, bleached maple cabinet with sliding shelves. Kitchen dining room and living room with lake view.
Renovated in 2006, Connectair electric heating in each room except the basement (baseboards). Magnificent wood stove on the ground floor and a wood fireplace in the basement. The heat pump is barely 2 years old. The septic tank was redone, in May 2018, and asphalt shingle roofs redone in 2019. The electrical panel was changed in 2022.
