Condo completely renovated for sale in the Pomerol building at the Pinoteau Village complex in Mont-Tremblant. The tranquility close to the action!
Beautiful view of Lake Tremblant, beach access, swimming pool, 4 tennis courts on clay. Access to equipment such as paddle boating, kayaking and canoeing. The condo is in the building of the main reception so direct access to the games room and library.
Being on the first floor, the condo gives direct access to the pool.
The mountain Mont-Tremblant is 1 km away, and the condo is close to 4 golf courses and biking trails. Very good rental value and year-round for those who want to absorb condo fees. For example, you may charge $ 800 for a rental of 4 nights on week days in peak summer.
Very good management of the reserve fund. The roof, the south side windows, coatings balconies have been changed in recent years.
