Beautiful  townhouse located in Domaine Nord-Valley in Piedmont. Built on the nicest and last lot of a dead-end street, very private without neighbours in the back or on one of its side. Just a few steps from the village of Saint Sauveur and with a direct view of the ski hill of Mount Avila. Located within a condominium ownership community, services includes lawn care, snow removal and heated salt water pool. 
The house has a 3 seasons veranda that is simply gorgeous, built-in cedar wood by a master carpenter. The veranda is heated by radiant heaters, it has a view of the forest and offers access to a beautiful private ground and patio. The kitchen was recently renovated in spring 2023 with new cabinets, a reconfigured layout by adding a kitchen island with granite countertop. The main floor area has an opened concept with a three- face fireplace that separate the dinning room, kitchen and living room. This house is very well crafted by a local builder. It provides everything for relaxed and easy living. A true turn-key property !
