Owners’ comments
Bright house in the beautiful area of old Rosemère known for its huge grounds, mature trees and tranquility. Near the large Charbonneau Park which borders the Mille-Îles River, with the future nautical boat rental chalet. Walking distance to train station, grocery store, library and arena. The house is higher than the rear neighbors which makes the view magnificent. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and an office with its many windows as well as 2 bedrooms in the basement. Large half-moon parking lot that can accommodate 5 cars. Wood fireplace, heated above ground pool. We ask people interested in a visit to obtain a bank pre-authorization. With the COVID, we want to limit the visits that will be done with masks. Agents refrain.
