Superb house enlarged and largely renovated in 2011, 2012 with quality
materials, doors and windows, garage doors, exterior cladding, foundation and insulating form work. Landscaping in 2018, asphalt, retaining wall and
cobblestone borders (space for 2 to 3 cars), heated garage. Deck stained in
2021. What could be better than a very peaceful location in Rosemère with a
backyard filled with trees for privacy. Practically everything is accessible between 2 and 5 minutes, daycare, primary, secondary, (English and French) public or private schools. Near highways 15 and 640, supermarkets, place Rosemère and the train station. Current living area (basement excluded) 936.2 square feet (86.98 m2). Potential living area (basement excluded and work on the floor completed) 1358.2 square feet (126.24 m2).

Very important points to know: Although the original house was built in 1958, what remains of this house is mainly the foundation of the initial construction, the structure of the floor of the ground floor, the structure of the exterior walls and the ceiling of the initial construction and concrete slab in the basement (see plan at the end of the photos). Everything else is of recent construction and completely rebuilt.

2003
- Plumbing: replacement of water inlet, sewer and non-return valve, ABS and
copper (mostly) and pex.
- Electricity in BX (commercial electric wire).
- Therapeutic bath.
- Complete insulation of the foundation walls with 2'' urethane and the structure of the exterior walls of the initial construction in 3 1/2'' urethane with aluminum vapor barrier.
2006
- Thermoplastic kitchen cabinets.
- French drain and blueskin membrane on the foundation walls, catchment basin and pump (2022).
2008
- Semi-inground cedar pool (canvas to be replaced).
- Heat pump swimming pool water heater (Waterco).
