Modern looking spacious split level for todays family featuring an above standard high end intergeneration or family suite (804 sq ft) on three levels added in 2005. The family suite features a high ceiling in the kitchen and living room and lots of windows (19 in totals). Situated on the south face of the property, the main entrance gives direct access to the pool area through French doors and has access to a private parking area with its own gated yard access. All complies with municipal regulations. This suite is literally a house next to another one giving its resident, a place of their own in a quality environment.
The main household features large rooms with plenty of natural light with wood and ceramic flooring on all floors above ground. In ground pool surrounded by a nice landscaping with pergola, perennials and other variety of particular plants (asparagus garden, vines and pear trees). Upon entering, you are greeted by a high ceiling hallway and a hard wood staircase and well design interior. Fully functional cold room with water services for the wine maker amateur or the wine collector.
Lots of renovation and maintenance work done over the course of the years; in 2003, pool liner was replaced and a shed (insulated and heated) was added to the premises. In 2005, roofing was redone, garage door, main entrance, patio door, pavement, landscaping with fountain, sprinkler system, rain water recycling system 676 gal, pool water heater replacement (heat pump). In 2006, aluminum windows thermos glasses were replaced, concrete cement sidewalk and awning area along with the construction of a pergola with electrical and water services on which grapes vines are growing. In 2011, pool pump replaced and in 2012 the main floor powder and laundry room we completely renovated as well. Currently replacing carpet flooring in living and dining room with hardwood floor.
All-in-all, a great well constructed and designed property where only the kitchen and the main bathroom are original but functional, and taken in consideration in the asking price.
