Nice bungalow in St-Adolphe-d'Howard, 5 minutes from the village. 1 big master bedroom with double closet. Possibility of two rooms in the basement.
About 23 500 square feet on the side of the mountain, directly in front of the lake Bark. Really peaceful area, 15 minutes from Ste-Agathe and 20 minutes from St-Sauveur. Near many ski stations and spas. Perfect for every outside activity. Many cultural activities planned by the municipality (for example: the great wine tasting in july, boating activities on St-Joseph lake...)
Asking price: 169000$, taxes around 1500$ electricity 164$/month (possibility of heating with the wood stove in the basement). Water comes from the surface well, septic tank installed in 2006, water filtration system with UV light that guaranties safe drinking water.
