Magnificent waterfront on flat land, a very peaceful area. Huge 45' x 18' terrace facing the lake and a 12'x12' dock. Double-sided fireplace overlooking the dining room and living room. The house was expanded in 2017 and completely renovated with only very high-quality materials.

One of the strong points, the property is equipped with an emergency generator that automatically turns on in less than 30 seconds and restores electricity to the entire house for at least 1 week of autonomy, which is very secure.

Other strong points, all the ceramic floors are heated, and the cellar area can hold up to 100 bottles.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and bath and also its walk-in closet.

This lake is very sought after and there are rarely properties for sale on this lake. We have lived there for 30 years, it is a corner of paradise. Don't miss your chance!
