Owners’ comments

Pretty single-family, two-storey house located in the Jardins St-Eustache neighborhood near the hospital, daycares, schools, and parks. Quick and easy access to highways 13 and 640, bus stops and bike path. The neighborhood is very nice and is inhabited by many young families. The lot, which is almost 6000 ft², is bordered by a tall hedge and includes a swimming pool, a patio, a terrace, a gazebo, a shed and trees (maples, lilacs). The wide entrance makes it easy to park 3 cars. Many improvements have been made over the years, including the kitchen and washroom that have been renovated and modernized. The water heater has been replaced and insulated by the end of 2018. The house is Novoclimat-certified and has a heat pump, which reduces heating and cooling costs. The basement is largely finished and includes a small workshop and a utility room with plenty of storage space.
