Owners’ comments
Yes its a semi-detached house !! The owners have been living there for 35 years and they poured some serious love into it.
Lots of renovations.
The rooms are spacious and very bright. Lots of woodworks, skylights in the living room, abundant windows, central heating system with air conditioning, 2 wardrobes (hers and his) with French doors in the master bedroom, a fireplace with an encased BBQ... the WOW factor is unbelievable.
The basement adds approximately 800 square feet to the house.
Landscaping worthy of review, mature trees, flowers, front balcony, back terrace, outdoor living room, independent station for the bbq. Four garden sheds are incorporated into the décor!
Large private terrace on the 2nd floor adjacent to the master bedroom.
Spa in a 4-season heated pavillion.
