The rear, front and west side of the house are surrounded by forest. L'arrière, la devanture et le côté ouest de la maison sont entourés de forêt. Le terrain est entièrement aménagé dans la section où se trouve la maison, avec jardin potager vous permettant de récolter tous vos légumes de l'été, un jardin de petits fruits (fraise, framboise, bleuet) et des vivaces matures sur chaque pallier du terrain et tout autour de la maison. Le reste du terrain est en forêt avec un petit sentier le parcourant. La véranda trois saisons vous permettra de profiter de la nature tout en étant dans le confort de la maison. Le stationnement extérieur vous permettra d'accueillir au moins 5 voitures. Avec le cabanon 8x12 et l'atelier au sous-sol, vous aurez beaucoup d'espace pour ranger ou bricoler.
Tout résident de St-Hippolyte a un accès au Lac Achigan et à la descente de bateau. Vers le sud, il vous faut 15 minutes pour atteindre St-Jérôme (secteur Lafontaine) puis l'autoroute 15.
