Owners’ comments
37-acre estate, along 450 feet stretch of Chemin de Mont-Rolland. A peaceful nature haven. The cozy 135-year-old house has been carefully. The oldest part of the basement has been turned into a wine cellar. There is a 200 amp electrical service. Central vacuum system. The water heater has been changed 3 years ago.
The secondary building (25 ft x 40 ft ) has two stories. The first floor has been renovated, except for an 11 ft by 12ft. unfinished workshop. There is a 10 ft x 11 ft entry hall along with a 24 x 28 ft. multipurpose room, both renovated using quality material. The 24 x 40 second floor is renovated.
Mixt forest near the house. There is a 1.4 km of private path.
