Perfect for a young family or a WFH situation, this large 1,050-square-foot condo unit has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower, as well as a separate mechanical/laundry room with a lot of storage space.
The kitchen has a central island which can be moved around, as well as open-space dining and living rooms.
No air conditioning is required in summer as the unit is naturally kept cool. The pipes for a central vacuum unit are already in place. One outside parking space is included.
Located in a safe and quiet location, within walking distance of numerous stores and dining options. A15 is just a few minutes and the condo is easily connected to Montreal by car as well as with public transport.
Possibility of quick and flexible occupancy.
Short or long-term rental is not allowed. A maximum of 2 pets, each of a maximum of 15 pounds are allowed.
