Detached bungalow, 2009 construction, 6006 feet square land and 1098 feet square living area on first floor. Nice construction. Peaceful area, located near L'académie Lafontaine, cycling track, Schulz Park, highway 15, groceries, pharmacy, primary school and daycare, etc...
Maple and ceramic floor, 1st floor, floating wood, ceramic and concrete ( 2 storage rooms) in the basement. Exotic wood on wall of the front entrance. The washer-dryer space is locataded close to bathroom on first floor. Back yard full of plants. Borded by a mature cedar hedge offering great privacy. Rear balcony covered with a transparent roof.
