Bungalow house located in a sought-after area of Domaine Parent, near Lac aux canards, Dubois Elementary School, and Cap Jeunesse High School, close to shopping centers and regional hospital. Separate entrance in the basement, making it ideal for an intergeneration or Bachelor apartment. Several renovations have been made, including a new downspout leading to the basement, a French drain, and a sump pump. A garden shed was added in the backyard. T-rex gutters were installed all around the house. The ceramic tiles in the entrance were modernized. The floorcloth in the basement was replaced with a high-quality vinyl click. The heaters were replaced by more efficient ones. Doors, moldings, and paint in the basement were also redone.
