New construction (2014), no next-door neighbors, ideal for small scale farming, hunting, and fishing (zone 11E), hiking in the forest, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing. The house was built to live in year-round and can accommodate up to 10 people without any problems (good rental income potential).
