Ideally situated in the Ste. Agathe and Mont-Tremblant regions, it is close to the best recreational and sports centers in the Laurentians, including restaurants, entertainment, and all the sports activities you can dream of, year-round.

Built on a 10,600 square-foot lot, this  chalet sits 70 feet from the lake's edge. You have a magnificent view of the lake and mountains from the living-room, dining-room and the large deck. The lake bottom is sandy and on a gentle slope, ideal for swimming.  The lake is pristine, has never had blue algae.

Of note, the chalet has water and sewage services from the municipality, easy access parking for 5 cars on a flat surface, and central air conditioning.

This Viceroy chalet is one of their more expensive models and its insulation is superior.

The chalet has a large deck 12 x 20 with a southern exposure equipped with a screened gazebo where you will be able to relax while admiring the magnificent view of the lake.
