Beautiful property located on a private road leading to Charlebois Lake. Access fees to the beach are about $30 per year and it will allow you to dock your pedalboat. The lac is a 5-minute walk. The city offers docks for motorboats at Lac Masson or you could go to Lac-des-Îles.
