Magnificent condo just 40 minutes from downtown Montreal on a street corner in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
Very good size open area, 2 bedrooms, laundry room with lots of storage. Very well maintained, quality materials. Dish-washer changed in september 2023, Thermopomp 2023, air exchanger and central sweeper.
Fiberglass balconies, covered front and rear, with patio doors. Shed 4 x10 . One outdoor parking space with electrical outlet (possibility of a 2nd place - see with other co-owner if available). Parking on adjacent streets also available.
You will enjoy the landscaping, a beautiful lawn and mature trees on the land!
