Spacious top-floor condo, bright and VERY well located!
But I'll tell you more. Located on a quiet street (I'm not on the boulevard), the condo gets full sun from morning to night. Its large 17x10-foot balcony lets you make the most of it.
The bedrooms are large, especially the main one, which I converted into a children's room to accommodate my 2 children. That's how big it is!
I revamped the kitchen in 2023 to bring it up to date and make it, once again, brighter. It may not look like it, but there really is a lot of storage space.
The open-plan living space creates a convivial atmosphere, ideal for entertaining family, friends, children's friends, and so on. You've got a propane fireplace that heats to perfection.
A large storage room dedicated to laundry and storage is wonderful.
Two parking spaces in the back and a good-sized garden shed.
You're within walking distance of 3 grocery stores, a pharmacy, a hardware store, a daycare center, a high school, the SAQ (that's important), and some great little restaurants!
You can also walk to the REM (very efficient buses at the moment), which will be a nice healthy walk. Otherwise, take your car and drive less than 2 kilometers to get there.
Conscientious, outstanding co-owners who take great care of the building. Some masonry work was done this year.
