Trop grande pour qu'on l'appelle "mini-maison'' , mais trop petite pour porter le titre de "maison unifamiliale de banlieue". Très fonctionnelle et près de tous les services (à moins de 5 minutes à pied). Belle cour intime et chaleureuse.
