This luminous house located in a crescent not far from a main street offers a peaceful environment while having access to the essential services within 1 to 4 km.
The backyard is intimate (cedar hedge, trees) and you can install different kind of installations without compromising on the green space. Terrace: 16,2 feet x 16,8 feet. Socket on the ground allowing the installation of a swimming pool.
The first floor includes two bedrooms and a bathroom with the washer-dryer connections.
The basement (completely fitted out) has one bathroom with shower, 3rd bedroom of good size and a family room with a slow burning stove.
House with a lot of storage.
**Be aware that the amount of the municipal taxes in my file is for 2018 and the school taxes for 2017.
