Superb proprety move-in condition. Very well situated in the Chomedey sector (Boisé Chomedey) ten minutes away from Montreal (near park, highways 13-15-440 as well as services). Many renovations were done including the magnificent kitchen with an islet, stove-hood chimney, built-in stainless steel appliances, with wild-cherry tree chocolate color wooden cabinets. This open air concept house has a very welcoming atmosphere that you will enjoy. The floors are all oak wood and ceramic as well as the stairs. All the windows are with turning handles (except for the basement). Two fireplaces that give a nice atmosphere to the house, one with gas and the other is electric. The basement is entirely finished with a fourth room, a family room, an exercise room and a bathroom with shower. Situated on a private land (no direct neighbour in the back yard) with a concrete balcony, a pool, and a cedar hay of more than 8 feet. The unistone driveway can take up to 4 cars.
