Town house without any fee. No neighbour at the back. Corner unit on a quiet crescent street, with a central park. At the rear you will find a municipal park with large trees, permitting full intimacy when using the spa built in the patio. At walking distance from the Carrefour Laval and the Centropolis.
The dining room overlook the living room with its fireplace giving a causy atmosphere when receiving the family or friends for diner.
The large master bedroom gives access to the bathroom trough a large walk-in. The second bedroom also accesses the bathroom.
