Mobile home construction (1990) drywall finish, located in the Duc de Laval estate, near highways, very well maintained and up-to-date decoration. Very sunny, it has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a Murphy bed (included), open concept living room and kitchen, PVC thermos windows redone in ( 2018 ) , all on rented land.
