COMPLETELY RENOVATED SEMI-DETACHED BUNGALOW, ideally located near highway 15, within walking distance to metro Montmorency and direct bus access to Cartier metro station. New windows were installed in 2009, and the roof was redone the same year. There are two full bathrooms on each floor in keeping with a Zen style. The kitchen countertops and island are made of quartz, while the floors are an array of colored slate ceramic. Both bedrooms and the basement have large custom cupboards with ample storage space. The house also includes a finished, heated garage, large enough to park an SUV and a work area with custom built storage.
The backyard is fenced in and cedar hedges were planted to ensure privacy. The backyard also includes a newly built shed, a wooden deck, and a cement slab for the BBQ. New gutters were installed in 2011.
