Condo big 4 1/2 with GARAGE!
Located on a quiet street, far from traffic noise. Corner unit. Sunny and warm all day long (low hydro bills!). Fire place, new A/C. Laundry room, lots of storage space. Two balconies, interior garage, exterior parking lot, 2 storage lockers. Close to all amenities - supermarkets, Universities, colleges, metro Montmorency, center Laval, Arena Bell, gym. Easy connection to Hwy 15, and 440. Presently rented.
