Gorgeous corner unit condo on the 5th floor with tons of natural light. Located 2 blocks away from Montmorency subway station.
The condo is an open space concept with floating hardwood floors. The bathroom was entirely renovated in January 2022, with a large ceramic shower separated from the spacious bath.
The condo is perfectly isolated, soundproofed, and equipped with an air exchanger and a mural A/C unit. The condo includes lots of storage space: a food pantry, a towel pantry, and a separate storage room. The balcony is large and can accommodate a BBQ and a patio set.
The exterior parking space is entirely covered.
The hot water is included in the condo's fee and is not physically in the unit.
