Gorgeous 3-bedroom cottage built in 2014 (possibility of 2 additional bedrooms in the basement) with attached garage and finished basement. Contemporary and minimalist style with several finishing details, designed and built by owners. High performance electromechanical systems, home automation system (lighting, temperature, alarm system, music). 9' ceilings on the main floor, 8' on the second floor and basement. Windows mostly at the back for more intimacy and to enjoy the South orientation of the yard. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, 1 minute from Montreal via autoroute 15 and close to many services : metro stations, bus routes, Carrefour Laval, Centropolis, access to autoroutes 15 and 440, elementary schools and high schools.
Laboratory type kitchen including a 4 'x 12' island, professional grade concrete countertops, lunch area for 4, place for wine cellar, lots of storage, pantry with drawers, stove connected to propane or electricity, concealed hood, refrigerator space flush with the work surface and integrated ceiling speakers.
