Owners’ comments
Large house on the edge of the water at 2 minutes of the Laurentian Autoroute with unique view of the Des Prairies River and Montreal on the other side. The land is very large (over 17,000 square feet) and full of flowers and vegetation during the hot season. A house that feels like a cottage in a full service area.
There is a Bachelor (with income) that overlooks the back yard with separate parking for 2 cars.
The main house has 2 closed rooms and 1 more open-air one that could easily be closed if necessary. The kitchen newly renovated is adjacent to the dining room and the living room. These, and the terrace / balcony have a cathedral ceiling and give a panoramic view of the huge yard and the river.
The attic (2nd floor), currently an area of 500 square feet with offices also offers a view on the river.
There are 2 complete bathroom on the main floor, one of them also acts as a washing room.
