Superb turnkey modern style bungalow. Construction 2015 purchased in autumn 2016. With 2 bathrooms, heat pump, finished loft style basement with large walk-in closet. Large windows, very well lit.
The shower windows in the basement go all the way to the ceiling (sauna style). The neighbors are very nice.
Daycare at the corner of the street, Jolibourg dental center, pediatric and pharmacy located 6 minutes by car. Primary school close by. The train station (REM Ste-Dorothée) is only 4 minutes away by car.
The floors have been refurbished (sanded, stained and varnished).
Superbe bungalow style moderne clé en main. Construction 2015 achetée à l'automne 2016. Avec 2 salles de bain, thermopompe, sous-sol fini style loft avec grand walk-in. Grande fenestration, très bien éclairé.
