This house is located on a quiet street in a QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD in Laval, very close to the Nature Center and close to various shops, schools (of all levels) and daycares.
The neighborhood is very convenient since it is near highway 25, St-Martin Boulevard and 440. In 10 to 12 minutes by car, you can reach Montreal, Cartier metro station, Cité de la Santé hospital, Carrefour Laval and Centropolis
.It is a semi-detached house (note: the current neighbors are super nice and respectful).
On the ground floor, there are 3 BEDROOMS (+ ONE in the basement). The LARGE WINDOWS let in lots of natural light. The HIGH CEILINGS (at the highest: 10'3" and at the lowest in the rooms: 7'10") make it not feel cramped. This house includes lots of STORAGE space (see below). A second living room in the basement (or entertainment room) makes it a perfect family home.
It has a beautiful IN-GROUND POOL (in cement) with a slide into an intimate and flowery courtyard, isolated from the neighbors by hedges and fences ensuring privacy. In general, this house is surrounded by lots of greenery.
