Corner unit, offering lots of light, with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a third one in the basement, next to the family room. Basement renovated and house fully repainted in 2012. Fenced backyard for full privacy. A reserved parking space is available. Roof redone in 2012. Very well maintained house and available for quick occupancy.
