This really nice condo is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood.
It is a corner unit, well soundproofed and full of natural light.
It has two spacious bedrooms, a large open concept living room and eating area all covered in solid hardwood floors, two balconies, one private parking space and many others to choose from close by. The laundry room is a closed space.
The windows have been changed in 2013. The fire place in the living room was removed in 2019, and the walls were rebuilt at 90°.
There are many benefits to the area, but we must mention the nearby big park with a kids playground and pool, and also the tennis courts and the designated cycling and jogging areas close by.
The property is situated 5 min of walking distance to the future light train station Sainte - Dorothée (in 30 min you are in downtown Montreal), and at 5 min by car from the Mega-Centre Sainte - Dorothée and the highways 13 and 440.
Included: all the drapes in the apartment, the water heater, the light fixtures and the stove hood.
