Beautiful open concept and sunny 2 story home in desired Val Ste-Rose area. Close to all amenities, primary and secondary schools, train station, Bois de l'équerre, carrefour, and commodities.

The basement also has hardwood floors.
Basement has a complete bathroom with a ceramic shower, a bedroom, a family room, and storage. A full kitchen can be had as 220v is installed. A second patio door for yard access.
The south-west exposure yard has been completely redesigned in 2016 with a concrete deck, porcelain insert (simili wood), a wood deck to the pool and wooden steps with stainless handrail to the yard.
